LICENSE TERMS FOR WHITE LABLE AND PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS (PLR) PRODUCTS
When using any of Sharita Thompson LLC products, including but not limited to, subscribing to Your Product PLR or using any of the, we grant YOU (your business) a non-transferable license that allows you to sell and redistribute the digital products (limited by the below guidelines).
An active subscription or a product purchase is required to continue selling the digital products. When your subscription is ended you need to remove the files from all sites and locations where they are redistributed and/or sold.
Understanding Freebies
We love quality freebies which is why we allow you to gift our products to help grow your list. This is capped at three (3) products. You can rotate products but it is never to exceed (3) products at any given time.
Bundle & Membership Limits
BUNDLES: You can use the pre-created bundles as is. You can also create your own custom bundle (limit of seven(7) templates per bundle, promo pack, etc.).
MEMBERSHIPS: You can also use up to 40 templates in your membership at a single time, if you need more we recommend rotating items which provides new value for your members as well and keeps your membership
Fair Use Policy
Please use the resources we have provided in a way that doesn’t devalue them. This includes bundling significant volumes of products and pricing at well under market value, displaying the products in a way that diminishes the market value, or creating memberships that are filled with unreasonable volumes of products.
Just play fair and price your products within reason.
Reserved Copyright
Please play by the rules and use the digital products in the membership ethically and within the guidelines we have provided. We champion your success and out of respect for the other members reserve the right to remove the granted access to the products if required or the terms of use are exploited.
Make It Your Own; No Resell (MIYO(NR)) Templates
You cannot sell the Canva or Google templates (e.g. all editable templates) to customers. The right of resale is exclusively for those buying PLR product(s) directly from Sharita Thompson, LLC with product purchase, an active membership or buyout.
